Angel was a beautiful young lady who had hopes and dreams that were tragically taken away from her in a spilt second. My sister was the best person anyone could have ever known and she is missed terribly. She has 7 brothers and sisters and 12 nieces and nephews which she loved dearly and they loved her back. We grew up in South Philadelphia.Angel went to stay with my dad in Delaware County to finish school because Philly schools aren't the greatest. There she met the love of her life Joe. Joe had some typical teenage problems when he met Angel, but she refused to give up on him. Angel told him I can't be with you if you don't get help and you have to go back to school and graduate. He loved her so much that he did just that. He graduated from Ridley High in June of 2005, just 2 months before Angel left us. Our Family and his give her all the credit for saving this kids life. Angel graduated from Ridley Township High School in June 2004. She was supposed to enroll in college on my birthday August 9th. What a birthday present that what have been for me. She was in my delivery room when I had my precious daughter. Angel loved her from the first moment she saw her. My daughter looks just like her, its so crazy. Angel was such a funny girl. She could have made you laugh even if you were in your most depressed moment. We all loved to be around her. Especially when she would reinact the Jerry Springer show.  OMG how funny she was. Angel was gunned down in a walk by shooting between two gangs out front of her house in South Philly. She was outside smoking a cigarette.  Angel was hit 5 times. Unfortunately my younger Brother Michael and my 9 yr old son had to witness the aftermath. I miss her so much, we all do.

Angel was truly the sunshine of our lives. She was funny, caring and most of all she was BEAUTIFUL!! Angel was the best Aunt, sister, daughter, friend and girlfriend in the whole world!! We still can't believe that she was taken from us so violently. We all miss her dearly, but we know that she is a true "Angel" now and she is always watching over us and our children which she loved more than life itself. Although we will continue to wonder why, we know God has his own reasons. Until we see her in Heaven, we will be missing and loving her with all our hearts.
