Thank you for sharing your story with me, unfortunately I know your loss. My husband and I also were blessed with a Adam, who was on earth for 11 years and 6 days, he was our only child and our very reason for living...he was taken from us by an impaired driver (meth) running from the police. Please know I feel your loss and since we lost our Adam in 1997 you will learn to cope but the pain never goes away. May God bless you and your family always.

I wanted to stop by and leave a comment on what would have been Adam's 7th Birthday here on earth. All those that loved him while he was here; love him still. The missing and longing for him continues.......

I first wrote to you on the 17th of January; 3 days after you first started this memorial site for Adam. I know that it's hard to put your memories onto the pages here. It's hard for all of us that have lost our children.

I don't say "Happy" with birthdays, holidays, or angelversaries. "Happy" would be if our children were still with us.

From one parent to another that has lost her precious son;

With only memories left of them.......

Dear Sara,

I was captivated by Adam’s vibrant smile and the warmth of his soul. Looking at the liveliness of his pictures, it seems almost inconceivable that he left this world so soon. While I can never know what it is like to walk in your shoes, I do know the awful, lingering pain of grief. One passage from the scriptures that has helped me through some of my darkest moments is found at Psalms 147:3 which says, “He is healing the brokenhearted ones, and is binding up their painful spots.” Please be assured that your family is remembered in a most tender way by mine. As we continue to heal, my family and I have used a remarkable brochure to help guide us through the difficult process of recovery. Please feel free to email me if you think you might benefit from it as well.  Sincerely, Deneen

What a beautiful soul that will live on in your hearts forever.  Asam was a brave boy and full of life!  he will continue to fulfill his life in another way from Heaven.  When the sun shines bright--that will be the smile of Adam!  God bless your family!

To the Beiswanger family -

I am so very sorry to hear about the tragic passing of such a sweet little boy.  While I pray that I never know the pain of losing a child like that, I do know the pain of losing loved ones to cancer.  I just lost my uncle to stage 4 Glioblastoma Multiforme last Thursday (Feb 4th), and my grandfather to pancreatic cancer in 2003.  I pray that time has healed you all somewhat.  It's horrible that total strangers can have such a tragic thing in common.  My thoughts are with you all.

Sara so very brave of you to put to beautiful memorial together for your sweet,sweet Angel Adam. My niece too died of a brain tumor (melendoloplastoma), she suffered for approx 12 months before God finally took her out of her pain and brought him to his Glory. My heart and soul goes out to you and your family. I will keep you all in my prays. My God bless you and your family.

To the family of Adam Beiswanger ~ My heart truly aches for you and your family.  Although I don’t know the family I would like to send my condolences to you. Being a mother, I can't begin to even remotely imagine what you have gone through and how hard this has been on you and your family.  Losing someone we love is never easy, but to lose someone so tender in age and innocent can some days feel unbearable. But do know that there are people who care, and there are people who are praying for you, and there are people who want you to endure and make it through.  Just remember....one moment at a time, one hour at a time, one day at a time. Don't rush yourself or feel you have to feel a certain way by a certain time.  Yes, you will have days when you miss little Adam dearly.  And it is OK to feel that way. I know that the prayers of your family and friends will continue for you.  James chapter 5 verse 16 says that "...A righteous man’s supplication, when it is at work, has much force...."  So prayers are being said on your behalf.  And the power of prayer to provide us with comfort is so powerful.

When the time and situation allows you, please look up these passages to provide you with some comfort of the hope that you will be able to see your wonderful Adam again. -
Job 14: 14-15,   Revelation 21:4, John 5:21, 28 & 29

Dear Sara, I am so very sorry for your loss.  Adam is a beautiful boy.  Thank you so much for sharing him with us.  I hope that you will continue to add things to his memorial site and I look forward to learning more about him.  My son played baseball too and he loved to coach, I pray that our boys have met in Heaven and can have some time to throw the ball around.  As you read through these sites you will see that so many of our children have things in common.  I pray that God is comforting and keeping you as you walk this journey.  God Bless

what a fantastic memorial to your beautiful son - what an awesome smile!

So sorry to see your son, Adam's memorial added here. Just 5 and 1/2 years old. Such a young life lost. There are so many parents here that have made memorials for their children. And this is just one of so many other memorial sites. Why are our children being taken like this?

My son died suddenly in May of 2007. He was 3 months shy of turning 19. We celebrated what would have been his 21st birthday this last August.

My son loved Sponge Bob and the Power Rangers, too when he was your son's age. They've been around for awhile, haven't they?

I know the pain that your heart is feeling. I wish that I could tell you that time will heal the pain of losing a child.......I wish. I still grieve for my son, my only child, each and everyday. I have made a memorial site for my son here. If you wish to view it; just click on his picture that I leave here.

From one parent to another that has lost their precious son;

With only memories left of them.......

Sara, I have the priviledge of being the first to sign Adam's guestbook.  I am so sorry for your loss.  My son also passed from a brain tumor.  He fought bravely for 7 years before cancer took his life April 2008.  My wish is thru research they find a cure for this awful disease so that other families will not suffer as yours or mine has.  Hugs and prayers to you.  God bless you and your family.
